Return Policy

You may send us a refund/return inquiry directly to apformulations@gmail.com. We file for replacements for items lost or damaged in transit through Route Shipping Insurance.

We allow returns & exchanges of unused, unopened products with seals in place within 30 days from the original purchase date. Due to health and safety concerns with the type of products we sell, we are unable to take back items in which the manufacturer’s seal has been opened, used, damaged, or broken.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping cost as we only charge what UPS, USPS, or FedEx charges and they do not refund that. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause, though we will be happy to help with any issue and get you the correct product!

We do not provide refunds, exchanges or provide returns for opened products. 

 

 

Please always contact us first because most issues can be resolved very easily.  Each order is processed, handled and shipped with extreme care.  We will work with you and each case is handled individually. Below are our policies broken down in more detail.

*Damages in Transit

If your item was damaged in transit, we will submit a claim through Route Shipping Insurance to get you a replacement for the damaged item(s). We pay for every customer to have shipping insurance from Route. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment (when stated DELIVERED on the tracking number provided with your shipment). 

For damages in transit, the following will be needed:

  • Pictures of the damages outside of the packaging

  • Order Number

*Lost in Transit

If your order's tracking number has not updated in 7 days, we can file a claim through Route Shipping Insurance. We are not responsible for shipping delays. We must wait 7 days from the last tracking update to submit a claim of lost in transit.

Items incorrectly marked as "delivered" on the tracking but not actually delivered must wait 5 days after marked as delivered date to get a claim submitted through Route.

For lost in transit, the following will be needed:

  • Order Number

* Unopened Products

We will only accept returns for unopened items. We do not provide return labels for returns. We will not refund the initial shipping costs.

The following will be needed:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

*Opened Products

We do not process returns or provide refunds for opened products. 

 

Missing Products

If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you.  All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

Cancel Order Requests

We will only process a cancelation request if the order has not shipped. Once the order is picked up, dropped off or received by the shipping carrier or in transit, we cannot and will be unable to cancel the order.

Even if we receive a cancel order request before the item is in the possession of the shipping carrier, it is not guaranteed as the team may not be able to intercept the order fulfillment flow or see the request in time.
